Who are we?

SmartHouseInvesting.com was founded by real estate investors Trent Smith and his colleagues with the purpose of providing a nationwide research which targets the top 1% of investment deals in the country, making it much easier for a real estate investor to find and locate deals.

The most useful method of finding investment properties for Trent and his team has always been to find properties for sale that are listed BELOW the current tax_appraised value, and also properties for which the seller has drastically reduced the asking price.

Using advanced algorithms, SmartHouseInvesting.com lists these two types of properties, foreclosures, wholesale deals, motivated sellers, foreclosures, and private lenders.
